We provide complete coverage in both Northern and Southern California. Our corporate Offices are located in the center of a four county area; Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties, making it very easy for us to immediately handle any needs you may have within these areas. Satellite Offices also make it easy for us to handle Ventura, Santa Barbara and Kern Counties as well as Northern California. Should out-of-State records be necessary, we are able to obtain these for you as well.
PRIVACY MEASURES:
Fast Image Services is extremely careful to take all privacy measures possible to protect our clients and their Claimants. We do not use trashcans in our office. but instead use "Shred-it", a document destruction service that comes to our facility. Any and all documents are fed into a machine, which pulverizes them. There is absolutely no chance of a pulverized document being put back together and information stolen. All files and documents are kept in our CD archives. Older files are maintained on microfilm. All record copies are kept for three years with access limited to designated personnel only.
WORKERS COMPENSATION EDEX SEARCH:
Fast Image Services will be pleased to present to your adjusters, a W.C.A.B. EDEX Report on any claimant that they so desire. An EDEX report, unlike an Insurance Index, is a search of the California Workers Compensation Appeals Board Statewide. It will show you how many cases an individual has filed, the case numbers, the status of each case and dates of injury. Additionally, it will give you the body parts injured, the name of all parties involved and a complete list of lien claimants who have filed against each case. The turn-around in most cases is 24-48 hours. This is an excellent tool for both discovery and apportionment.
TURN-AROUND TIME:
Fast Image Services specializes in Workers Compensation Claims and is very attuned to the parameters and deadlines that your adjusters have to work under. With the new laws, obtaining records in the shortest possible timeframe becomes more important than ever before. We will have your subpoenas and authorizations prepared for service within 24 hours of receipt of your order and wherever possible, we will attempt to serve and copy on the same day. Our average turn-around time is approximately two weeks from the date of service. At each step, we will advise you by means of a "Status Report" so that your office is aware of what is happening by location. Records will be shipped to all parties as directed by the adjuster within 24 hours of copying.
